Account & Data Deletion

This page explains how to request the deletion of your Ascension System account and associated data. Ascension System is operated by DC Software Solutions LLC.

1. HOW TO REQUEST DELETION

  1. Send an email to dcsoftwaresolutionsllc@gmail.com with the subject line "Delete my Ascension System account".
  2. Include the username you use in the app and the email address you signed in with (Apple or Google).
  3. We will confirm your request and permanently delete your account and data within 30 days.

If you signed in with "Hide My Email" (Apple), please send the request from any email address and include your in-app username so we can locate your account.

When your deletion request is processed, the following data is permanently removed from our systems (Google Firebase):

No other data is retained after deletion.

5. SOLICITUD DE ELIMINACIÓN (ESPAÑOL)

Para solicitar la eliminación de tu cuenta de Ascension System y los datos asociados: envía un correo a dcsoftwaresolutionsllc@gmail.com con el asunto "Eliminar mi cuenta de Ascension System", indicando tu nombre de usuario y el correo con el que inicias sesión. Eliminaremos tu cuenta, perfil, registro de actividades, posición en la clasificación y tokens de notificaciones en un plazo de 30 días. Los registros de compras pueden ser conservados por Apple/Google y RevenueCat por requisitos legales y fiscales. Recuerda cancelar tu suscripción activa en los ajustes de App Store / Google Play — eliminar la cuenta no cancela la suscripción.
