This page explains how to request the deletion of your Ascension System account and associated data. Ascension System is operated by DC Software Solutions LLC.
Include the username you use in the app and the email address you signed in with (Apple or Google).
We will confirm your request and permanently delete your account and data within 30 days.
If you signed in with "Hide My Email" (Apple), please send the request from any email address and include your in-app username so we can locate your account.
2. DATA THAT WILL BE DELETED
When your deletion request is processed, the following data is permanently removed from our systems (Google Firebase):
Your account identifiers — email address and user ID
Your profile — username, hunter title, level, rank, and stats
Your activity log and progress history
Your entry in the Hunter Rankings leaderboard
Your custom activities
Push notification tokens associated with your device
3. DATA THAT MAY BE RETAINED
Purchase and billing records — subscription transactions are processed by Apple App Store / Google Play and our payment processor (RevenueCat). Transaction records may be retained by those platforms as required for tax, accounting, and legal compliance. Your subscription itself must be cancelled in your App Store / Google Play settings — deleting your account does not cancel an active subscription.
Support correspondence — emails you send to our support address may be retained for up to 12 months for record-keeping purposes.
Para solicitar la eliminación de tu cuenta de Ascension System y los datos asociados: envía un correo a dcsoftwaresolutionsllc@gmail.com con el asunto "Eliminar mi cuenta de Ascension System", indicando tu nombre de usuario y el correo con el que inicias sesión. Eliminaremos tu cuenta, perfil, registro de actividades, posición en la clasificación y tokens de notificaciones en un plazo de 30 días. Los registros de compras pueden ser conservados por Apple/Google y RevenueCat por requisitos legales y fiscales. Recuerda cancelar tu suscripción activa en los ajustes de App Store / Google Play — eliminar la cuenta no cancela la suscripción.
