By downloading or using Ascension System ("the App"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
The App is a gamified self-improvement tool intended for entertainment and personal motivation. Nothing in the App constitutes medical, fitness, psychological, or health advice. Consult a qualified professional before beginning any exercise or wellness program.
Physical activities logged in the App (exercise, training, etc.) carry inherent risks of injury. You assume full responsibility for any activities you undertake. The developers are not liable for any injury, illness, or harm resulting from activities inspired by the App.
Monthly and annual Pro plans are offered at the prices displayed in the App. Subscriptions are billed through Apple App Store or Google Play. Monthly plans renew every 30 days; annual plans renew every 365 days. You may cancel at any time through your App Store or Google Play account settings. No refunds are issued for partial billing periods. Rank-based renewal discounts are applied at the time of renewal based on your in-app rank at that moment.
The App's design, code, content, and all characters depicted within are original creations owned exclusively by DC Software Solutions LLC. Any similarity to real persons, fictional characters from other works, or existing IP is coincidental. All rights reserved.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, DC Software Solutions LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of progress, or service interruption.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, accuracy of gamification mechanics, or fitness results.
We may update these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be included in app updates. Continued use of the App after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which DC Software Solutions LLC is based, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
