Ascension System ("the App") is operated by DC Software Solutions LLC. This policy explains what data we collect, why, and how it is handled.
Account data: When you sign in with Apple or Google, we receive your email address and display name. This is used to create and identify your account.
Profile & game data: Your hunter name, username, level, XP, stats, rank, and activity logs are stored on our servers to enable features such as the global rankings leaderboard and data sync across devices.
Custom activities: Activities you create are stored on our servers tied to your account.
Settings: Your language preference and subscription plan status are stored on our servers.
Push notification tokens: If you grant notification permission, your device's push token is stored on our servers to deliver weekly notifications.
Device storage: Some data (game state, preferences) is also cached locally on your device using AsyncStorage for offline access.
To provide and operate the App's features, display your profile on the public rankings leaderboard (name, level, rank, and stats only), send weekly push notifications about your progress (if you grant permission), and restore your data if you reinstall the App.
Firebase (Google): We use Google Firebase for authentication and cloud data storage (Firestore). Your account and game data are stored on Google's servers. Google's privacy policy applies.
RevenueCat: We use RevenueCat to manage in-app subscriptions. RevenueCat receives your device ID and subscription status to verify purchases. RevenueCat's privacy policy applies.
Expo Push Service: Push notification tokens are forwarded through Expo's push delivery service to Apple APNs or Google FCM to deliver notifications to your device.
Apple / Google Sign-In: Authentication is handled by Apple or Google. Their respective privacy policies govern the sign-in process.
Subscription payments are processed entirely by Apple App Store or Google Play through their native billing systems. We do not receive, store, or have access to your payment card details.
If you appear on the global leaderboard, your hunter name, level, rank, and total stats are publicly visible to other users. You can remove yourself from rankings by deleting your account.
We do not use any analytics SDKs, advertising networks, or behavioral tracking tools.
Your data is retained as long as your account is active. You may request deletion by contacting us through the App Store listing.
This App is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
If this policy changes, the updated version will be included in the next app update. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance.
